摘要
目的探究应用护理管理对护士优质护理服务意识的影响效果。方法择取我院2016年2月—2017年2月的护理人员126名,根据护士的个人意愿划分为管理组和常规组,每组各63名,常规组护士不施行护理管理,管理组护士接受护理管理,对比两组护理人员接受干预后的护患纠纷情况及患者的护理满意度。结果干预后,管理组出现护患纠纷的频次和占比低于常规组,管理组中满意37例、一般25例、不满意1例,满意率为98.4%(62/63),常规组中满意19例、一般37例、不满意7例,满意率为88.8%(56/63),管理组患者的护理满意率更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对护理人员实行护理管理,能够有效降低护患纠纷的发生率,提升患者的满意度,使护理人员拥有更高的护理服务意识,具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing management on the awareness of high-quality nursing care for nurses. Methods 126 nursing staff from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and were divided into management group and general group according to the nurses ' personal preference, 63 nurses in each group. No nursing management was given to general group and nursing management was given to management group. Nurse-patient disputes and the degree of patients 'satisfaction for nursing care were compared after intervention. Results After intervention, the frequency and proportion of nurse-patient disputes in the management group were lower than those in the general group. Satisfactory in 37 cases, general in 25 cases, unsatisfactory in 1 case and the satisfaction rate was 98.4% (62/63) in management group. Satisfactory in 19 cases, general in 37 cases, unsatisfactory in 7 cases and the satisfaction rate was 88.8% (56/63) in general group. Nursing satisfaction rate was higher in management group and had statistically signifcant difference, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Nursing management for nurses can reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes effectively and improve patient satisfaction, make the nurses to have a higher awareness of nursing care service.
