探讨护士分层级管理模式对护理管理质量提高的作用

Effect of Nurse Grading Management Mode on Improving the Quality of Nursing Management

目的研究在对护理管理质量提高中,护士分层级管理模式的作用。方法将本院2015年3月—2016年3月在职的76名临床护理人员作为实验研究对象,分为对照、实验两组,对照组38名,实验组38名,对照组使用以往传统的管理模式,实验组使用护士分层级管理模式。两组对各自的管理模式进行一年的实际应用。对所有进行实验的护理工作人员的护理工作操作水平以及相关知识理论分别在实验前后进行考核并向患者进行问卷调查,对各组的工作质量进行分析。结果对照组的护理工作人员的护理工作操作水平以及相关知识理论考核低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对问卷调查的分析发现,实验组的护理工作人员的满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理工作人员大幅提高护理工作的质量以及患者满意程度可以通过新型的护士分层管理模式来实现。

Objective To analyze the nurse grading management mode for improving the quality of nursing management. Methods 76 clinical nurses from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and experimental group equally. Traditional management mode was used in the control group and nurse grading management mode was used in the experimental group. The two groups were given their own respective management model for a year of actual application. The level of nursing operation and related knowledge theory were tested for all involved nursing staff before and after the experiment. The quality of work in each group was analyzed by questionnaire to patients. Results The level of nursing operation and the related knowledge theory in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group （P 〈 0.05） and had statistically signifcant difference. The questionnaire survey found that the satisfaction with the nursing staff in the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the difference was also statistically signifcant. Conclusion The quality of nursing work and the patient satisfaction can be achieved through the new type of nurse management model.
