人性化服务在血液透析护理工作中的应用体会

Application of Humanized Service in Hemodialysis Nursing

目的对人性化服务在血液透析护理工作中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法在我院2016年5—10月收治的接受血液透析治疗的患者中选取90例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为两组,每组45例,观察组患者接受人性化服务与护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组患者临床护理总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组患者的75.56%(P<0.05),护理结束后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务在血液透析护理工作中有着突出的应用效果,是提高患者护理依从性,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的有效途径。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic service in hemodialysis nursing. Methods 90 patients who receiving hemodialysis in our hospital from May to October 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups through random number table, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing service, the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, clinical nursing effect between two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical nursing in the observation group was 91.11%, which was higher than 75.56% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the scores of SAS and SDS of patients in the observation group after the nursing were signifcantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic service has prominent application effect in hemodialysis nursing. It is an effective way to improve patients’compliance to nursing and improve the anxiety and depression in patients.
