摘要
目的对护理干预在小儿预防接种中的应用效果进行探究。方法从我院接受预防接种的小儿中抽取240例随机分为对照组(120例,常规护理)与研究组(120例,常规护理+护理干预)。对比不同组别小儿接种依从性、家长护理满意度。结果研究组小儿接种完全依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿预防接种中实行常规护理+护理干预能够显著减少不良反应发生率,保证预防接种的安全性和有效性,提高家长对护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on pediatric vaccination. Methods A total of 240 children who were given vaccination were randomly divided into control group （120 cases, routine nursing） and study group （120 cases, routine nursing ＋ nursing intervention）. The inoculation compliance, parental care satisfaction of children in different groups were compared. Results The adherence rate of the study group was much higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was much higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Routine nursing ＋ nursing intervention in pediatric vaccination can signifcantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, ensure the safety and effectiveness of vaccination, and improve the parents＇ satisfaction with nursing.
