脑出血术后产吲哚金黄杆菌颅内感染1例 被引量：1

One case of intracranial infection caused by Chryseobacterium indologenes after surgery for cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 1临床资料患者女,48岁。“突发意识障碍3 h”,头颅CT提示右侧丘脑出血破入脑室于2016年9月8日入院。病程中有呕吐及小便失禁,无抽搐。既往有小儿麻痹症及眩晕病史,否认高血压病史。体格检查：体温37.1℃,呼吸20次/min,心率103次/min,血压130/77 mm Hg,发育正常,营养良好,浅昏迷,体格检查不合作.
