综合护理干预在腹腔镜下子宫腺肌症子宫全切术中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic hysterectomy for adenomyosis

目的:探讨综合护理干预在腹腔镜下子宫腺肌症子宫全切术中的应用效果。方法:选取60例2014年1月至2017年7月在本院行腹腔镜下子宫腺肌症子宫全切术患者,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者的切口疼痛评分、焦虑抑郁评分、肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及护理前后总体生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑及抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下子宫腺肌症子宫全切术患者实施综合护理干预,可有效减轻术后切口疼痛,改善患者的心理状态,促进肠道功能恢复,缩短住院时间,改善生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic total gastrectomy for uterine adenomyosis.Methods:From January 2014 to July 2017,sixty patients with uterine adenomyosis underwent laparoscopic total gastrectomy in our hospital were enrolled.The patents were randomLy divided into control group(n=30)and observation(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The scores of incision pain,anxiety and depression score,recovery time of intestinal function,time of getting out of bed,hospitalization time and overall quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The recovery time,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic total gastrectomy for uterine adenomyosis can effectively reduce the postoperative incision pain,improve the patients' mental state,promote the recovery of intestinal function,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life.
