舒适护理对小儿留置胃肠减压的影响

The influence of comfortable nursing for children with indwelling gastrointestional decompression

目的:探讨舒适护理对小儿留置胃肠减压的影响。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年3月在本科一病区和二病区留置胃肠减压的患儿为研究对象,采用抽签法将两个病区患儿分为对照组和干预组,其中对照组患儿40例,干预组患儿41例。对照组采用小儿外科常规护理方法,干预组给予舒适护理,对比分析两组患儿哭闹情况、自拔管率及患儿家长满意度的差异。结果:干预组患儿哭闹情况、自拔管率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患儿家长满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对留置胃肠减压的患儿给予舒适护理,可以有效缓解患儿口咽部不适感,减轻其哭闹情况,降低患儿自拔管率,提高患儿家长满意度。

Objective:To discuss the influence of comfortable nursing for children with indwelling gastrointestional decompression.Methods:From December 2016 to March 2017 in our department ward and two ward indwelling gastrointestional decompression in children as the research object,randomLy two wards were divided into intervention group and control group,the control group were 40 cases,41 cases in the intervention group and control group with routine nursing methods of pediatric surgery,the intervention group was given comfort nursing,comparative and analyze the difference of children's crying and the rate of extubation and the satisfaction of parents.Results:In the intervention group,the crying and rate of extubation were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the satisfaction of the parents in the intervention group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:It can effectively relieve the discomfort of oropharynx in children,reduce the crying,reduce the rate of extubation,and improve the satisfaction of parents.
