神华集团动力煤选煤厂煤泥减量化实践与发展

Slime Reduction's Practice and Development in Thermal Coal Preparation Plant of Shenhua Group

动力煤是我国产量最大的煤炭产品,其质量对我国大气环境有重要影响。作为世界最大的煤炭公司,神华高度重视动力煤产品质量,为了提高动力煤产品质量和动力煤选煤效率,从2008年开始,神华以动力煤选煤厂煤泥减量化为目标,开展了动力煤选煤工艺研究,首创了包头李家壕高效动力煤选煤工艺模式——高效驰张筛6mm筛分直接浅槽入洗选煤工艺,引领了我国动力煤选煤技术进步。目前,神华正在研究开发干法选煤技术,进一步减少动力煤选煤厂煤泥量,提高动力煤选煤效率。

Thermal coal is the largest coal product in our country,its quality has an important impact on the atmospheric environment.As the world's largest coal company,Shenhua attaches great importance to the quality of thermal coal,in order to improve the quality of products and coal preparation efficiency,from the beginning of 2008,Shenhua sets the slime reduction of thermal coal preparation plant as the goal,and carries out coal cleaning process,and firstly produces Baotou Lijiahao high efficient thermal coal preparation process model---high-efficiency flip-flow screen 6 mm sieving direct shallow groove washing coal preparation technology,which leads improvement of coal preparation technology,at present,Shenhua is researching and developing the dry coal preparation technology to further reduce slime quantity and improve the efficiency of coal preparation.
