摘要
红柳煤矿2煤顶板破碎,隔水层薄,含水层下复合顶板支护施工长锚索极易将含水层导通,造成顶板淋水、顶板管理难度大,严重制约了矿井稳产高产和矿井正常接续。根据煤层直接顶与含水层间距,提出了含水层下复合顶板高预紧力短锚索支护方法,有效解决了复合型顶板长锚索支护导水、支护施工困难、巷道变形量大等难题,同时抑制了巷道顶板下沉,减少了顶板事故的发生。
The 2 mine roof of Hongliu Coal Mine is broken,with thin aquifuge,aquifer under composite roof supporting construction of long cable easily aquifer conduction caused by roof water,roof management difficult,which seriously restrict the yield and mine's normal connection.According to the distance between seam immediate roof and aquifer,put forward to the support way under compound roof high pretightening force short anchor method,not only effectively solves the problem of compound roof long cable supporting water,supporting construction difficulties,the roadway deformation large amount of problems,but also restricts the roadway roof subsidence,reduce the occurrence of roof accidents.
