发电设备重大设备隐患辨识和治理的研究及应用

The Research and Application of Problem Identification and Management of Major Equipment for Power Generation Equipment

针对发电设备故障造成机组非停或重大设备故障的问题。本文总结分析多年重大设备隐患辨识方法和治理的管控措施的经验教训,通过8年治理不断探索,形成行之有效的辨识方法、治理技术和管控措施,国华电力公司重大设备隐患数量逐渐减少,机组非停呈明显下降趋势,达到了预期效果。

Aiming at the problem of unit's non-stopping or major equipment failure caused by the failure of power generation equipment,the paper analyzes and summarizes identification method of major equipment hazards and experiences and lessons of control measures in governance over the years and through eight years' continuous exploration,it had formed effective identification method and management technology and control measures,the number of major equipment hidden trouble in Guohua electric company gradually reduced,obvious downward trend of unit's non-stopping,which had achieved desired effects.
