摘要
万州电厂及储煤基地地处四川盘地东缘,川渝地区煤炭需求以外运为主,本文根据电厂地处西南、煤炭入渝路径复杂等实际情况,从运煤路径选择、经济性分析和铁路建设接轨、电厂配套设施投入全过程经济性对比进行合理分析,实现电厂及储煤基地能够持续盈利。
Wanzhou power plant and coal storage base is located in east margin of Sichuan plate,coal demand inSichuan and Chongqing is sinotrans,this paper is in accordance with the actual situation that power plant is locat-ed in the southwest,the coal into Chongqing path is complex,making reasonable analysis from the choice ofcoal-transporting path,economic analysis and economic comparison of the whole process of railway construction,power plant facilities,which will achieve sustained profitability for power plant and the base.
