煤制甲醇净化气中微量硫化氢、羰基硫色谱操作条件研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过大量的实验优化了气相色谱法测定净化气中硫化氢、羰基硫[1]的操作参数,使硫化氢、羰基硫出峰柱效好,分离度高,测定结果准确,重复性好。使用本文优化的操作参数,能快速从二氧化碳、氧气、氮气、甲烷、一氧化碳、甲醇等气体成分中将硫化氢、羰基硫分离出来,测定速度快,检测限低,能很好地满足工艺对净化气中硫化氢、羰基硫检测的要求。 In this paper,through a large number of experiments to optimize the operating parameters of hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfide in purifying air that determined by gas chromatography,which contributes a good peak column efficiency,high separation degree,measurement results are accurate,and the repeatability is good.The optimized operation parameters that used in this paper can quickly separate hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfide from the gas compositions,like carbon dioxide,oxygen,nitrogen,methane carbon monoxide,finding speeds is quick,with low detection limit,which can better meet the detection requirements of hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfide in purification gas by using the technology.
