Brief Analysis about Management of Type MAN ME Electronic Controlled Diesel Engine

本文分析了MAN ME型电控柴油机MPC模块和FIVA阀的工作原理,介绍MPC模块和FI-VA阀的技术特点和特殊结构,从管理角度对MPC(Multi Purpose Cnotroller)模块和FIVA(Fuel Injection Valve Actuation)电磁阀的日常管理及常见问题进行分析,然后针对两起典型设备故障案例进行解析,并提出具体管理措施,希望能够给同行带来一定借鉴作用。

This paper analyzes the working principle of MPC module and FIVA valve of Type MAN ME electronic controlled diesel engine,introduces the technical characteristic and special structure of MPC module and FIVA valve,making analysis from the management angle of daily management of MPC(Multi Purpose Cnotroller) module and FIVA(Fuel Injection Valve Actuation module)magnetic valve and common problems,and then analyzes the two typical equipment fault cases,and puts forward to specific management measures,which hopes to be able to bring some reference to the peers.
