摘要
在经济型连锁酒店迅速发展的同时,负面报道频繁出现,给酒店发展带来破坏性影响。本文以2010年至2015年我国十大经济型连锁酒店负面报道为研究对象,运用扎根理论分析方法,归纳出经济型连锁酒店负面报道的类型划分和内容构成,并探讨酒店应对负面报道的管理对策。研究发现,经济型连锁酒店负面报道可归纳为卫生清洁问题、设施设备问题、诚信缺失、服务能力不足、安全保卫不足和灾害与隐患等12种子类型,进而归纳为能力型负面报道和道德型负面报道两种主类型,前者数量明显多于后者。
In the rapid development of economy hotel chains,negative publicity frequently occurs with devastating effects on hotels.This paper applied the grounded theory method to conduct a content analysis on the negative news(from January 1,2010 to December 31,2015) of top 10 economy hotel chains in China,and provided managerial implications for hotel managers.It induced 12 sub-types of negative publicity of economy hotel chains(including sanitation and cleanliness problems,facilities and equipment problems,lack of credibility,inadequate service quality,inadequate security,and disasters and hidden dangers),and generalized two types of negative publicity,namely ability-related negative publicity and morality-related negative publicity,and it was found that the former exceeded the latter.
