Research and Demonstration on Construction of Knowledge Service Platform for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Information Network in Henan

节能减排在全世界范围内已成为被关注的热点话题。在知识经济时代,企业实施节能减排策略务必要掌握其所属领域节能减排的相关动态、研究成果,并能够从中提炼出相关知识作为指导其发展的策略。因此,本文提出建设基于互联网的节能减排信息系统知识服务平台的目标,实现以科技来支撑节能减排,建设生态文明的目的。

Energy saving and emission reduction has become a hot topic in the world. In the era of knowl-edge economy, enterprises must grasp the related dynamic and research results of energy conservation andemission reduction in their respective fields, and extract relevant knowledge as the strategy to guide theirdevelopment. Therefore, this paper put forward the goal of constructing the knowledge service platform ofenergy conservation and emission reduction information system based on Internet, and realize the purposeof supporting energy conservation and emission reduction and building ecological civilization by science andtechnology.
