摘要
对继电保护系统进行风险分析,找出其中的薄弱环节,有助于采取针对性的预防措施,提高保护系统的可靠性。本文引入FMEA法对继电保护及其二次回路进行分析,选取故障的严重度、发生度和难检度作为风险评价指标,同时针对评价指标的模糊性,引入模糊理论对保护的各环节进行风险评估。文中以继电保护装置本体为例进行具体分析,通过评估得到保护装置各模块的风险分值,可以找出保护装置中风险最大的环节。
The risk analysis of the relay protection system and finding out the weak links are helpful totake pertinent preventive measures and improve the reliability of the protection system. FMEA(failure modeand effects analysis) method was introduced to the analysis of protective relaying devices and the secondarycircuits, and the occurrence, severity and detectability were chosen as the assessment indexes. Consideringthe assessment indexes were fuzzy, fuzzy theory was introduced to the risk assessment of protective relaying.In this paper, the risk of protective relaying devices was analyzed and assessed as an example, and therisk scores of each module of protective relaying devices were obtained as results of the assessment, andthe module which has the greatest risk could be found out.
