Corrosion Causes and Protective Measures in the Period of Furnace Shutdown

作为锅炉使用者,对于停炉保养一定要引起足够重视,减缓腐蚀的发生,延长锅炉使用寿命。本文首先简单分析工业锅炉停期间存在的问题,并说明存在问题的原因,最后提出干法保养、湿法保养、气相缓蚀剂法等保养针对性地提出了常用的停炉保养措施。

As a boiler user, attention should be paid to the shutdown maintenance to mitigate the occur-rence of corrosion and prolong the service life of the boiler. This paper briefly analyzed the problems exist-ing in the industrial boiler shutdown period, and explained the causes of the problems, and finally put for-ward the common maintenance measures, such as dry maintenance, wet maintenance, gas phase corrosion in-hibitor method.
