摘要
本文以法士特伊顿(西安)动力传动系统有限责任公司新开发的一种适配发动机的拉式离合器为研究对象,分析了一次膜片弹簧外缘产生疲劳裂纹源的现象,从设计以及微观分析角度找到了问题的原因,并提出了解决方案。
With the fast development of Fast Eaton(Xi'an) Power Transmission System of Limited LiabilityCompany was a kind of adaptive engine pull clutch as the research object, and the phenomenon of fatiguecrack source on the outer edge of a diaphragm spring was analyzed. The causes of the problem were foundfrom the point of view of design and microscopic analysis, and solutions were put forward.
