摘要 研制一种带弹性密封环的机械密封,机械密封中的摩擦副依旧位于轴套与密封箱体之间,其特点在于密封环与密封箱体、密封环与轴套之间采用了弹性密封环密封。这种设计结构简单,节省部件和材料,减小机械密封整体尺寸,允许适当降低旋转轴安装制造和运转的精度要求,也就是补偿环在保持密封环之间贴合摩擦密封的情况下具有较大的浮动范围。 A mechanical seal with elastic seal ring is studied. A pair of friction components is still between shaft sleeve and seal box. The specialist is that the sealing is used by elastic seal ring between seal ring and seal box, between seal ring and shaft sleeve. This design makes the mechanical seal simple in structure, eco-nomic in material and quantity of part, and small in size. It makes the reduction of technology requirements at manufacture, installation and operation possible. I. e. the compensated ring has a wide range of free action in the same time that the pair of seal rings keep touch, mb and seal well each other.
