摘要
用离子束介导外源 DNA转化法将大豆的全 DNA导入小麦得到 M1代转基因植株 ,利用近红外蛋白分析仪对其籽粒进行品质分析 ,得到的 T1代蛋白含量大于 1 6%的单株占有较高的比例 .这说明 ,通过离子束介导外源 DNA转化技术可对种子直接进行转化 ,并获得高蛋白材料 .
As a new method of hereditary conversion, the ion beam plays an important role in the improvement of crops. Soybean DNA is transducted into wheat grain with irradiated ways, and a lot of individual plants of T1 are acquired. The protein content is analyzed by the NIR system. The result shows that the protein content of transgenic T1 wheat above 16% takes a large percent. So high protein materials are got by transferring exogenous soy DNA through ion beam directly.
