基于社区居民感知的合肥滨湖新区旅游城镇化发展研究

Development of Tourism Urbanization in Lakeshore New District of Hefei Province:Based on Perception of Community Residents

旅游城镇化是以旅游业为主要驱动力的新型城镇化类型,是"人的城镇化".在旅游城镇化发展过程中,对当地居民感知影响很大.文章以合肥滨湖新区为例,通过对滨湖新区居民旅游城镇化感知的调查,得知旅游城镇化的积极影响及负面影响,进而从直接经验、社会互动、媒体影响3个方面剖析了滨湖新区旅游城镇化居民感知形成机理并提出相应建议.

Tourism urbanization is a new type of urbanization with tourism as the main driving force. It is uurbani-zation of human beings”. In the process of tourism urbanization,the perception of local residents is very influen-tial. Taking Hefei Lakeshore New District as an example, this paper analyzed the positive impact and negative im-pact of tourism urbanization through the investigation on the urbanization of residents in Lakeshore New District,and then analyzed the relationship between tourism experience and social impact. From the aspects of direct experi-ence ,social interaction and media influence, it discussed the formation mechanism of tourism urbanization resi-dents ,perception, and put forward the corresponding recommendations.
