摘要
采用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)消化方法进行样品处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定不同处理下沾化冬枣芽中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn四种微量元素。结果表明,不同处理下沾化冬枣芽微量元素含量有一定差异,其中新鲜叶片直接揉捻烘干明显高于蒸青后揉捻直接晾干和新鲜叶片萎蔫两天蒸青揉捻烘干,但总趋势均为Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。沾化冬枣芽中含有较为丰富的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn,具有较高的开发价值,可以通过揉捻干燥的方法制茶。
To determine the contents of four trace elements in Zizyphus jujuba burgeon under different processing,different samples are digested with HNO3-HClO_4 mixed acid(4+1)and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The result shows that the contents of each trace element in the different samples are significant different.The treatment(dry one)is higher than the others,but there is the same trend that:Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu.Trace elements are rich in Zizyphus jujuba burgeon,which has higher development and utilization value.It can be made tea by rolling and drying.
