摘要
运用时域差分方法分析了不同宽度狭缝的近场强度和透过谱,在近场强度分布图中,很清楚地得到金属表面等离子体波的成像。通过理论分析知,激发金属表面等离子体波的条件为使用波矢大于真空中光波波长的倏逝波来激发。
Near field intensity for the different slit width,and transmission spectrum are simulated by the time domain difference method.It is clear to get the metal surface plasma wave imaging at the same time.Inspiring metal surface plasma wave conditions are analyzed.The wave vector is greater than the wavelength of evanescent wave in the vacuum to inspire.
