Identification and Extraction of Situational Factors of Social Security Emergencies in Colleges and Universities

"致灾因子""承灾载体"和"应急决策"是构建突发事件的三个方面,众多关联的影响因素丰富了情景各个部分的内涵,如何从中提取关键要素,从而构建起突发事件情景结构,形成情景演化的基础,构筑起突发事件的应急准备体系。选取高校社会安全类突发事件为实证对象,通过对目标高校不同群体的访谈及问卷调查获取研究数据,利用层次分析法和熵权法相结合以探究情景要素权重分布规律,尝试性提取出关键情景要素,在构筑突发事件情景演化研究基础和厘清情景演化规律等方面有重要意义。

Emergency scenario construction mainly includes three subjects of the “Object to cause disaster＂,＂hazard bearing body＂, and” Disaster Resistance＂. It becomes a key link in emergency preparedness emergencysystem construction and practice on each subject from how to identify and extract key scene elements. The study ofuniversity social security incidents as the study object plays an important role in the construction of emergencyscenario evolution research foundation, which uses AHP and entropy method to explore the situational elements ofweight distribution, trying to extract key scene elements.
