摘要 目的:探讨自体动脉血脑内注射法建立大鼠脑出血模型的技巧。方法:采用自体动脉血脑内注射的方法,通过立体定向仪,将120只Wistar大鼠从尾动脉中提取的50μl自体不抗凝动脉血注入大鼠尾状核制成大鼠脑出血模型,通过行为学观察,评价模型建立的稳定性。结果:通过Longa评分法评价大鼠行为学,成功率为89.2%。结论:通过精准定位、定时以及对大鼠全程生命体征维持等制作技巧使大鼠脑出血模型成功率达89%以上。 Objective:To investigate the skills of establishing intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous arterial blood into caudate nucleus. Methods:The method by injecting of autologous arterial blood into caudate nucleus was used.Through a stereotaxic apparatus,50 μl autologous arterial blood from caudal artery was injected into the caudate nucleus to establish intracerebral hemorrhage model in 120 Wistar rats. The stability of the model was evaluated through behavioral observation. Result:The neurological behavior of the rats was evaluated with Longa score, and the success rate was 89.1%. Conclusion: This experiment improved the model's success rate by precise positioning, timing and maintenance of vital signs of rats,which will be helpful to increase the success rate of the model to more than 89%.
