延续护理在返流性食管炎患者中的应用效果研究

Effect of Continuous Nursing Conducted by Nurses in Endoscopic Room on Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的:观察内镜室护士延续护理模式在返流性食管炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1至12月于我院门诊胃镜室获得确诊的返流性食管炎病例76例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各38例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受内镜室护士延续护理干预,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:试验组返流性食管炎病例干预后的治疗依从性评分、临床症状改善率、对内镜室护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用内镜室护士延续护理模式对返流性食管炎患者实施干预,可显著提高该类病例的治疗依从性、临床症状改善率及护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of continuous nursing conducted by nurses in endoscopic room on patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital from Jan 2016 to Dec2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received continuing nursing conducted by nurses in endoscopic room. After intervention,the observation indicators were compared between the two groups. Result:The treatment compliance score,the improvement rate of clinical symptoms and the nursing satisfaction scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of continuous nursing conducted by nurses in endoscopic room in the patients with reflux esophagitis can significantly improve the treatment compliance,clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction.
