翻转课堂教学模式在儿科护理学课程中的应用效果 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂式教学模式应用于本科护生儿科护理学课程教学的效果。方法:在我校2014级本科班中采用便利抽样的方法随机选取1个班162名学生为观察组,另外1个班166名学生为对照组。观察组的儿科护理学16学时重点内容采用翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学方法。课程结束后,采用问卷形式调查学生对翻转课堂的教学评价,并对比2组学生理论课成绩及自主学习能力。结果:观察组学生对本课程翻转课堂的实施持肯定态度,学生理论课成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学生的自主学习能力各维度得分及总得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂有利于提升教学效果,提高本科护生学习成绩和自主学习能力。 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of flipped classroom model in teaching of undergraduate nursing students in pediatric nursing course. Methods: We randomly selected one class of 162 students as the observation group from undergraduate classes of grade 2014,and the other class of 166 students as the control group. The observation group was taught with the flipped classroom in 16 semester hours,while the control group was taught with the traditional teaching method. After the end of the course,questionnaire survey was performed to understand the evaluation of students for the flipped classroom model, and the scores of theoretical examination and autonomous learning ability were compared between the two groups. Results: Students in the observation group held a positive attitude towards the application of flipped classroom. The score of theoretical examination in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Scores of autonomous learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of flipped classroom model can enhance the teaching effect, and improve undergraduate nursing students' learning achievement and autonomous learning ability.
