摘要
为了筛选出潮汐灌溉模式下番茄低成本育苗基质的配方,以银川大学生物工程学院实训基地的日光温室为试验场地,并用"合作908粉色番茄"为供试育苗材料,草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩、玉米秸秆以及椰糠为供试育苗基质,再复配成9个不同基质配方,采用随机区组试验设计,通过测得不同基质配方的理化性状、三叶一心时期的茎粗、株高、单株干鲜重和叶绿素等指标,来完成此次试验。最终结果为:T6处理的生长和生理指标测定最优,适合潮汐灌溉番茄育苗的推广。此外,由于使用椰糠成本高于玉米秸秆,因此考虑到基质的成本,T2在玉米秸秆腐熟好的情况下可以代替T6处理进行番茄育苗的推广。
In order to select the tidal irrigation mode of low cost tomato seedling substrate formula, use solar greenhouse Biological Engineering Institute ofthe University of Yinchuan training base as the test site, and use the '908 pink tomato cooperation' as test breeding materials, peat, vermiculite, perlite, cornstraw and coconut husk is used as the test substrate, then a mixture of 9 different matrix formula, using randomized block design, physical and chemicalproperties obtained by different matrix formula, one period of clover stem diameter, plant height, plant fresh and dry weight and chlorophyll index, tocomplete the experiment. The final result is: the determination of optimal growth and physiological indexes of T6 is the best processing that fit forpromotion for the tidal irrigation of tomato seedling. In addition, due to the use of coconut husk is higher than the cost of corn straw,thustaking the cost of matrix into account, T2 can replace T6 for Tomato Seedling in maize straw decomposition under the condition of good Promotion.
