摘要
以原甲酸三乙酯和N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH 910)为原料,在对甲基苯磺酸催化作用下合成3-(2-咪唑啉-1-基)丙基三乙氧基硅烷。用~1H NMR和红外光谱对3-(2-咪唑啉-1-基)丙基三乙氧基硅烷进行了表征。考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料量之比和催化剂用量对目标产物收率的影响。较佳工艺为:n(原甲酸三乙酯)∶n(KH 910)=1.02∶1、反应温度140℃、反应时间4 h、对甲基苯磺酸用量为KH 910质量的1%。在此条件下,产物收率达94.2%。
1-(3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole was synthesized by orthoformictriethyl and N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH 910) in the catalysis of methyl benzene sulfonic acid.The product was characterized by ~1H NMR and IR spectra.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of catalyst,molar ratio of the raw materials to the yield of target products were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as:n(orthoformictriethyl)∶n(KH 910)=1.02∶1,m(catalyst):m(KH910)=0.01∶1 and the reaction were carried out at 140℃ for 4 h,thus the yield is as high as 94.2%.
