摘要
对某型导弹用室温硫化有机硅胶黏剂高温下的剪切强度、弹性模量及线膨胀系数进行分析研究,并对胶黏剂膨胀应力进行了估算;分析讨论了高温膨胀对有机硅胶黏剂粘接性能的影响。结果表明,有机硅胶黏剂的粘接性能、膨胀应力在高温下呈现先降低后回升,再次回落直至强度完全丧失的趋势,但其高温下的膨胀不会影响该材料对产品的粘接性能。
Factors of the shear strength, elastic modulus and linear expansion coefficient of the silicone adhesive for a certain type of missile at high temperature were researched,and the swelling stress of adhesive was estimated. Influence of high temperature expansion on adhesion of the silicone adhesive was discussed. Results showed that the adhesion property and the expansion stress of the silicone adhesive were reduced in high temperature and then recovered until the complete loss of strength. The adhesion of the material to the product would keep the same in the high temperature expansion.
