摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解制备硅溶胶,在水解反应的同时直接引入γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH 570),制得KH 570改性硅溶胶。研究了反应温度、配料比等工艺条件对改性硅溶胶性能的影响,结果表明,在温度50℃、反应体系p H值为8、n(H2O)∶n(TEOS)∶n(KH 570)∶n(C2H5OH)∶n(NH3·H2O)=6∶1∶1∶6∶0.08、持续水解反应5 h条件下,制得的KH 570改性硅溶胶的蓝光效果最佳,固体质量分数达24.9%,表现出良好的稳定性,并对产物进行了红外、热稳定性、粒径、扫描电镜的测试和表征,证实已成功制得KH 570改性硅溶胶。
The silica sol was prepared by hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) and methacryloxy propyl trimethoxylsilane(KH 570),which was introduced into reaction system at the start,thus KH 570 modified silica sol was prepared.The effects of reaction temperature and proportioning were studied.Results show that when reaction temperature is 50℃,pH=8,n(H_2O):n(TEOS)∶n(KH 570)∶n(C_2H_5OH) :n(NH_3·H_2O)=6∶1∶1∶6∶0.08,and after 5 hours' hydrolysis,the modified silica sol with blue light is prepared,whose solid mass fraction is up to 24.9%,and the stability is good.After characterized by infrared,thermal stability,particle size,and scanning electron microscope test,it is proved that KH 570 modified silica sol is successfully prepared.
