近些年来,社会处于不断发展的过程中,如何对环境保护成为了急需解决的重要问题。从社会发展的角度看,这不仅会对环境造成一定的污染,还会威胁到人们的生命安全。因此,本文对公共参与制度在环境影响评价中的作用进行了分析,希望通过对本文的分析能够完善相关的公众参与制度,让每位公众都能积极地参与到生态环境的建设工作中。

In recent years, the development of our country is in the process, how to environmental protection has become a important problem needed to resolve.From the perspective of social development, which will not only caused certain pollution to the environment, will also threaten people’s life safety.Therefore, in this paper, the role of public participation in environmental impact assessment are analyzed, and hope that through the analysis of this article can perfect the system of public participation in relevant, for each of the public to actively participate in the ecological environment construction work.
