摘要
规划用地空间布局的合理性是规划环评重点评价的内容之一。在评价过程中,由于工业园区开发现状不同,规划用地空间布局的评价内容和侧重点也有所不同。本文以福州高新技术产业开发区控制性详细规划为例,针对已开发的老园区进行用地布局合理性分析,提出了老园区规划环评空间布局的优化调整路线。
The rationality of spatial layout in planning is one of the contents in planning environmental impact assessment （PEIA）. Due to different development statue of the industrial zone, the content and emphasis of spatial layout in PEIA are different in the assessment process. In this paper taking the control detailed planning of Fuzhou national hi-tech industrial development zone as a case, the rationality of spatial layout is analyzed and the optimization of spatial layout is proposed on old industrial zone in PEIA.
