This paper mainly analyzes the pollutant census forms of propaganda, the analysis of responsibility, pollution source investigation mechanism, specifc training methods, emissions of pollutants in accordance with accounting, and take effective measures to control pollution, how to manage the pollution source management, and the problems needing attention in the actual management process.
