摘要
本文针对我国机动车数量的急剧增长,以辽宁省锦州市为例,简述"十二五"期间机动车造成的交通污染,并提出现阶段切实可行、有效的防治措施。
In this paper, aiming at the rapid increase of the number of motor vehicles in our country, taking Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province as an example, this paper briefy describes the traffc pollution caused by motor vehicles during the 12th Five-Year Plan period and puts forward practical and effective prevention measures at this stage.
