近年来,我国重金属污染土壤较为严重,严重影响国家生态环境,不能保证地下水资源的安全性与可靠性。因此,相关部门应当合理使用重金属污染土壤修复技术,制定专门的修复方案,结合当前实际技术要求等,建立健全管控体系,满足土壤修复管理要求,达到预期的管控目的。

In recent years, China’s heavy metal contaminated soil is more serious, seriously affecting the national ecological environment, and can not guarantee the safety and reliability of groundwater resources. Therefore, the relevant departments should be rational use of technology for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil, create a special repair plan, combined with the current actual technical requirements, establish a sound management system, to meet the requirements of soil remediation management, to achieve the desired control objective.
