高温处理对赤拟谷盗水分含量的影响研究

摘要 本文以在36℃和42℃两个亚致死高温下经过1、5、10、15 h驯化后的赤拟谷盗3个虫态(幼虫、蛹、成虫)作为研究的对象,研究其在50℃高温下处理不同时间(10、15、20、25、30、35 min)后试虫虫体内水分含量的变化。研究结果表明,在50℃高温处理下,随着处理时间增加赤拟谷盗各虫态体内水分含量均呈下降趋势,不同驯化时间的赤拟谷盗各个虫态体内水分含量没有明显变化规律。在36℃与42℃驯化的最大差别是试虫体内水分含量下降速率的变化,其规律为:36℃驯化时,试虫体内水分含量下降速率随处理时间增加而下降;42℃驯化时,试虫体内水分含量下降速率随处理时间增加而上升。从整体分析表明,经过42℃驯化处理5-10 h更有利于增强赤拟谷盗各虫态的耐热性。在42℃下持续15 h驯化可能会导致赤拟谷盗耐热性显著降低。本文研究结果为利用高温处理科学高效地防治赤拟谷盗提供理论依据。 In this paper, we acclimated Tribolium castaneum each state (eggs, larva, pupa and adults) for 1, 5, 10, 15 h, with the two Sub-lethal high temperature of 36 ℃ and 42 ℃ respectively for the object of study. By calculating the moisture of the insect which experienced 50 ℃ high temperature with processing different time (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 min) to fnd out the infuence of their moisture after the short-term temperature acclimation of the Tribolium cataneum. The research showed that: Showed a downward trend with the processing time of Tribolium castaneum different insect state of body water content, in the same 50 ℃ high temperature treatment period, different acclimation time of each insect state of the insects,the moisture in their body are not obvious regularity. Test insect body water content decreased rate is the biggest difference between 36 ℃ and 42 ℃ , the rules show: when the acclimation of the insects in 36 ℃ , the decrease rate of the water content in the insects’ body with time decreased; however,the acclimation of 42℃ , the tested insects in moisture content decreased rate with the increasing time. After further analysis, the basic can be considered after 42 ℃ acclimation 5-10 h more conducive to different forms of Tribolium castaneum forming heat-resistant.in the 42℃ acclimation and treat the insects for 15 h may lead to Tribolium castaneum loss the ability of heat treating.
