我国环境监察方面存在的问题及其解决对策探究

随着社会主义经济的不断发展,生态环境的保护受到了广泛的关注,尤其是十八大以来对生态环境保护的重视程度被提高到新的高度。在新时期社会主义法治社会的建设,社会法律得到不断的完善和发展。环境监察就是其集中体现,对整个环境质量的提高起到了十分积极的作用。但是在具体实践的过程中不得不承认仍然存在一些问题,这些问题的存在制约了环境监察相关工作质量和效率的提高,需要引起我们的高度重视,对其进行分析找到解决问题的措施。本文主要是对我国环境监察方面存在的问题以及其解决对策的简单分析,希望可以起到抛砖引玉的作用。

With the continuous development of the socialist economy, the protection of the ecological environment has been widely concerned, especially since the 18th century, the importance of ecological protection has been raised to a new height. In the new period the construction of socialist rule of law society, social law has been constantly improved and developed. Environmental monitoring is its concentrated expression, the improvement of the overall environmental quality has played a very positive role. However, in the course of concrete practice, we still have to admit that there are still some problems. The existence of these problems restricts the improvement of the quality and effciency of the environmental monitoring work, and needs to pay attention to our attention and fnd out the measures to solve the problem. This article is mainly on China＇s environmental monitoring problems and their solutions to a simple analysis, hoping to play a role.
