四川天然林资源环保护工程的回顾与展望

Retrospect and prospect of sichuan natural forestresource conservation project

本文通过对2000~2014年间四川实施天然林资源保护工程所取得的主要成就、存在问题和改进措施等问题,进行了系统分析总结,着重指出:这一工程在吸取现有经验教训的基础上,应进一步采取强化综合效益、改善经营管理、健全科技法制体系和加大社会公众参与等措施。

This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the major achievements, existing problems and improvement measures of natural forest resources protection in Sichuan from 2000 to 2014. It emphasizes that the project is based on the lessons learned from existing experiences On the other hand, measures such as strengthening comprehensive benefits, improving management and administration, improving the legal system of science and technology and increasing public participation should be taken further.
