旋流沉砂池除砂系统改造

Modification of desilting system in cyclone grit pool

本文在对某污水处理厂的旋流沉砂池处理效果及运行管理现状调查的基础上进行了探讨,针对污水厂旋流沉砂池除砂效果差,设备故障率高,噪音污染和臭气污染严重等问题进行了改造。对改造后的旋流沉砂池进行研究,明确其除砂效能及对后续构筑物的影响,探讨除砂机理,为旋流沉砂池的稳定高效运行积累一定的经验。

In this work, aim at the condition of water resource and sewage treatment of our country, studied application of vortex grit technology, surveyed the treatment effect and management of vortex-type grit chamber in sewage treatment plant. Because of the problem of inefficiency, high failure rate, noisy and odor pollution, vortex-type grit chamber have been transformed. After the transform, surveyed the treatment effect, impact of follow up treatment structures and explored the principle, provide reference for practical application.
