Chemical Industry is a integrated technical department, and is of important use to the development of industry and agriculture of our country. But the extensive mode of production not only decreases effciency but also causes environmental pollution. So clean production is imperative. This paper frst discusses the qualities and development of clean production and then describes the clean production and the use of recyclable materials in fne chemical industry for reference.
