新型腹板开孔HF1轻钢龙骨复合墙体传热性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 在腹板开孔C型轻钢龙骨的研究基础上,对新型腹板开孔HF1轻钢龙骨复合墙体截面参数、开孔参数对传热性能的影响进行数值模拟分析。分析内容包括两大部分:复合墙体的截面参数(龙骨高度、龙骨厚度、龙骨翼缘宽度)对墙体传热的影响;腹板开孔参数(孔长、孔宽、孔洞横向间距、孔洞纵向间距、开孔排数)对墙体传热的影响。研究结果表明:龙骨高度及龙骨厚度对墙体传热系数的变化影响较为明显,龙骨闭合翼缘宽度无明显影响。孔长和开孔排数是影响传热性能的主要参数。 The slotted light steel framed composite wall can greatly improve wall heat transfer performance,reduce heat loss,and control thermal bridge effect.On the basis of the research of the C type web-perforated light steel framed,the section and perforation parameters of the new web-perforated HF1 light steel framed composite wall were analyzed,on with respect to their influence on heat transfer performance.The analysis includes two parts:The influence of section parameters of the composite wall(the height and thickness of keel,the width of flange)on the heat transfer of wall;The influence of web-perforation parameters(the length and width of slots,the distance between slots in transverse direction and in longitudinal direction,the number of rows of slots)on wall heat transfer.The results show that:The variation of the heat transfer coefficient of the wall is more obvious with the height and thickness of keel.The length of slots and the number of rows of slots are the main parameters that affect the heat transfer performance.
