摘要 利用反相乳液聚合法制备了形貌均一的聚丙烯酸钠/沸石复合调湿材料,对复合材料的形貌、表面化学性质和调湿性能进行了研究,并考察了反应体系的中和度、交联剂用量和沸石含量对复合材料调湿性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的调湿能力随中和度的增加而提高,随沸石含量和交联剂用量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势;中和度为100%,交联剂用量为0.06%,沸石质量分数为15%时,聚丙烯酸钠/沸石复合材料的调湿性能最佳。 The sodium polyacrylate/zeolite composite humidity controlling materials in homogeneous morphology were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization. The morphology,surface chemical properties and humidity controlling behaviors of the composites were observed. The impacts of neutralization of the reaction system,the amount of cross-linkers,and the content of zeolite on the humidity-controlling ability of the composites were investigated as well. The results show that humidity controlling ability of the composites is improved with the increase of the neutralization degree, while goes up firstly and down with the increase of zeolite content and amount of cross-linkers. The composites performs best in humidity controlling when the degree of neutralization is 100%,the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.06%,and the mass fraction of zeolite is 15%.
