独立学院土建类专业转型建设路径探析

Exploration on the Transformation Construction Path of Civil Engineering Major in Local Independent College

社会经济的快速发展对应用技术人才培养提出了更高的要求,独立学院转型发展是其面临的重大课题。本研究以独立学院土建类专业为例,对在转型发展中土建类专业的人才培养方案、立体化人才培养体系、产教融合、校企合作、学校治理结构及"双师型"师资队伍建设等问题进行了探析。

This paper analyzed the importance and necessity of transformation development of local independent college and problems of talent training.Taking the civil engineering majors of local independent college as an example,the paper explored the issues of talent training plan,three-dimentional talent training system,industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation,school governance structure and development of the teachers team with "double qualifications".
