随着综合卫生改革的推进,对于社区慢性病管理工作,做出了"量质结合"的要求。通过便捷、无创、易及的24 h血压监测,社区卫生工作者不仅可以获得患者血压的一般情况,甚至可以了解动脉硬化的程度,预测心、脑、肾等靶器官损害情况。利于慢性病管理同样能够做到疾病控制的早发现、早诊断、早治疗。

With the advance of the comprehensive health reform, the requirement of “combination of quantity and quality” has been made for the management of chronic diseases in communities. Through convenient, noninvasive, and easy 24 h blood pressure monitoring, community health workers can not only obtain the general situation of blood pressure, but also understand the degree of atherosclerosis to predict the damage of the target organs such as heart, brain and kidney. It is benefcial to the management of chronic diseases, and can also be used for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease control.KEY WORDS ambulatory arterial stifness; index; application
