摘要
目的 :评价对哮喘患儿加强健康教育干预的效果。方法 :收集哮喘患儿126例,随机分为对照组(63例)和观察组(63例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组加强健康教育。比较两组患儿近1年内发病次数、急诊次数、住院天数。结果:观察组1年内的发病次数、急诊次数、住院天数明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:在哮喘患儿的护理过程中,加强健康教育能显著改善预后,节约社会及医疗资源。
Objective: To evaluate the efect of health education intervention on children with asthma. Methods: A total of 126 children with asthma were collected, and randomly divided into a control group (63 cases) and an observation group (63 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, and the health education was strengthened to the observation group. The incidence, the number of emergency and the length of hospital stay in the two groups were compared in the last 1 year. Results: The incidence of the disease, the number of emergency visits and the length of stay in the observation group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group in 1 year(P〈0.05). Conclusion: In the process of nursing for children with asthma, strengthening health education can signifcantly improve the prognosis and save social and medical resources.
