摘要
研究了环保型热法丁腈橡胶(NBR3604E)在耐油胶板应用中的物理机械性能、耐寒性和耐介质性能,并与传统型硬丁腈橡胶(NBR3604)进行了对比试验。结果表明,NBR3604E的耐寒性、耐介质性与NBR3604相当,拉伸强度和硬度较NBR3604略高,扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形较NBR3604E偏低,但均能满足耐油胶板胶料的指标要求。
Comparative study on the physical and mechanical properties,cold tolerance,medium resistance of environment-friendly nitrile rubber(NBR3604E) and traditional nitrile rubber(NBR3604) by hot emulsion polymerization in oil resistance rubber plate was performed. The results showed that the cold tolerance and medium resistance of NBR3604E and NBR3604 was almost same. The tensile strength and hardness of NBR3604E was slightly higher,the elongation at break and tensile set at break of NBR3604E was relatively lower,but all the properties could meet the index requirements of oil resistance rubber plate compound.
