广州市阿尔茨海默病医保患者的直接经济负担研究

Direct economic burden on Alzheimer's disease among patients covered by health insurance in Guangzhou

目的 :以广州市为例,研究阿尔茨海默病患者的直接经济负担,为医保和政府相关部门制定阿尔茨海默病患者的医保政策和财政补偿标准提供实证依据。方法 :利用2011—2012年广州市城镇职工和城镇居民基本医疗保险数据,结合患病率通过直接法计算直接经济负担,用非参数检验法对直接医疗费用在不同因素水平下进行分析。结果 :2011—2012年广州市阿尔茨海默病患者的直接经济负担分别为7 323.54万元和8 158.88万元。结论 :广州市阿尔茨海默病患者的直接经济负担较重,整合不同的医疗保险制度、探索新型的医疗服务模式、加强早期预防和诊断、推动长期护理保险制度发展非常必要。

Objective To explore the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer’s disease（AD） in Guangzhou,and to provide empirical basis for health-related government departments to standardize health insurance policy and financial compensation for patients with those disease. Methods：Direct economic burden was calculated based upon two parts,the prevalence of AD and the data from basic medical insurance of urban employees and urban residents in Guangzhou between 2011 and 2012. And direct medical cost under different factors was analyzed by nonparametric test. Results ：The direct economic burden on patients with Alzheimer’s disease in Guangzhou was 73.235 4 million yuan in 2011 and 81.588 8 million yuan in 2012,respectively. Conclusion ：The patients with Alzheimer’s disease in Guangzhou had heavy direct economic burden. Therefore,it is necessary to integrate different medical insurance systems,explore novel medical service models,strengthen early prevention and diagnosis and promote the development of long-term care insurance system.
