上海市三级医院麻醉专业技术人员现状研究

Status quo of anesthetic specialty talents in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai

目的 :研究上海地区三级医院麻醉科人力资源配置现状及其业务开展情况。方法 :采用问卷法对上海地区三级医院麻醉学科的业务范围、人员比例、职称和学历结构等进行调查,并分析麻醉专业人力资源配置存在的主要问题。结果 :19所医院麻醉科共有手术台420台、麻醉医师513人、麻醉护士99人、麻醉技师19人,手术台医师比为1∶1.22,手术台医护技比为1∶1.50;麻醉科主任具有硕士研究生及以上学历的占63.16%,具有正高级职称占73.68%。现有麻醉医师文化程度:博士19.70%,硕士43.96%、本科34.61%、大专及以下1.73%;现有麻醉医师职称:正高6.31%、副高20.45%、中级44.56%、初级及以下28.68%。结论 :上海地区三级医院麻醉专业技术人员仍需要优化结构、提升专业能力。

Objective To study the status quo of human resource allocation and work performance of the department of anesthesiology in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,investigating business scope,personnel composition,professional title,and educational level. The main problems of human resource allocation of anesthetic specialty talents were analyzed. Results ：There were a total of 420 operating tables,513 anesthetists,99 nurse anesthetists,and 19 anesthetics technicians in 19 selected hospitals. The operating table/anesthetist ratio and the operating table/anesthetist＋nurse anesthetist＋anesthetics technician ratio were 1∶1.22 and 1∶1.50,respectively. The head of the department of anesthesiology with postgraduate degree and above accounted for 63.16%,and 73.68% of them had senior professional titles. In terms of educational levels of the anesthetic specialty talents,19.70% had doctor degree,43.96% had master degree,34.61% had undergraduate degree,and 1.73% had college degree and below. In terms of professional titles,6.31% were senior,20.45% were vice senior,44.56% were intermediate,and 28.68% were junior and below. Conclusion：It is suggested to optimize the structure of anesthetic specialty talents in tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and improve their professional ability.
