京津冀轨道交通发展推动下的轨道类职业院校改革

Reform of Track Vocational Colleges Driven by the Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Rail Transit

京津冀轨道交通事业历史悠久、基础良好。在京津冀一体化政策的推动下,轨道交通事业得到迅速发展,出现了规模扩大、技术飞跃、协同发展等特点,对域内轨道交通类职业院校提出了新的人才供给要求。京津冀地区轨道交通类职业院校需要根据新时期下的区域特点、行业变化主动进行改革,以适应本区域、本行业的人才需求特点。

The business of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rail transit has a long history and a good foundation.Under the impetus of the integration policy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the rail transportation industry has developed rapidly with the characteristics of scale expansion,technological leap and coordinated development,which puts forward a new requirement of talent supply for the vocational colleges in rail transit.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional rail transit vocational colleges need to reform according to the regional characteristics and industry changes in the new period,in order to adapt to the characteristics of talent demand in the region and industry.
